Makro and DSV ruined my reputation

I need my money back. I thought using the online service would be a healthier and safer option but i was trully disappointed in the service received. I only received a call when i raised a concern after 10 business days...to be told they had a problem delivering the product and now im being **** to and promised on a dailly the package will be delivered on 17August2021,but im still waiting. Its nearlly a month since I ordered something that is supposed to take 5 days to arrive. I want my money back please as soon as humanly possible and not delivery time. P. S. Please dont assume by my name that Im moslem, im not, the only reason i attempted to use this service is due to having a core mobility during the pandemic and limited time to get to the shops
