MAKRO AND DSV COURIER INCOMPETENCE

Forward another 2 months later and the INCOMPETENCE still continues. Thought refund is being processed as I was assured returned item was delivered back at Makro Bloemfontein then Boom DSV couriers brings the item back to me. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
