Makro and DSV bad service

I must say I have had the worst experience feom both DSV and Makro for an order I placed on the 25 July. To date I still dont have my full order of qine bottles. I only received a portion of my order on Tuesday 20 August l. No 1 is saying anything to me about the rest of my order or any delays on it
