Makro and Defy washing machine

After paying R6k for a new DEFY washing machine, the very first cycle gave an error and 6 weeks later no technician has shown his face to repair it. The one that did call, called 5 min before showing up at our house while we were not there. We have jobs and have to make arrangements so a 5 min warning wont be very helpful. Worst after service I have ever received
