Makro and Defy dishwasher

My husband bought a DEFY dishwasher for me on line 28/7/2023 MAK*** ref no, it was delivered the Tuesday and they installed it for us, pocketing 200 for themselves -I have no problem with the 200 rand- it washed twice and then just died and did not pull in water or worked in any capacity. I immediately contacted Makro speaking to Notuthula with ref no ***. Her response was that they would phone me before Friday the 18/08 and we are still waiting, when on Monday I phoned Makro again I was told the job no *** and the people will come out and check what the problem was, should it be repaired or replaced, phoning DEFY is a nightmare they do not answer the no ***. We sit at home the whole time waiting for them like idiots. As far as I am concerned they can take this dishwasher, return my money and do with it what ever they want. I will never buy an appliance from Makro again and most definitely not a DEFY. Karen Lourens
