Makro and Defy

<p>Hi I have a Fridge that I bought from the Carnival city branch. That's been given me problems after another. It's not even a year old since I started using it. I've attached the model pic's and the caution it's given me.</p> <p>At 1st the ice maker it broke down, the guy came and tries to fix it . And it got really bad now it doesn't make ice at all and it doesn't crush ice cause the part they put in was also faulty. And the water dispenser is really hot the water is never hot. There's a lick under the fridge that I don't know we're is it coming from suddenly. Also I've tried pushing it to -27 but still doesn't help. And now it's not that cold in the freezer. And I'm afraid my things will go of coz it it's been given me warnings again and again that it's fault. And the last guy that came here said he will be back when his more clued up with the unit and bring a new part that broken he hasn't came back. I'm really angry and infect I want my refund or change the unit since it new and it's and already it's giving me problem. If not I'm taking the legal route. Coz I can't pay so much for something that seems like it has factory fault. So I'm tired of making calls to Defy n not really get this sorted out. Since it was makro that sold it to me. I will take it up with Makro.</p>
