Makro and a horrible service

i ordered a mic on the 29th May 2024 and was advised it would be delivered by the 5th June 2024, called and was advised that the was an issue with the order on the 5th, they said they would escalate, received an email on the 7th advising that the order is cancelled and i will receive a refund in 3-5 working days. i have not received the refund, i have been calling every 2 days and always told that it is being escalated but no one ever gives me feedback or an update. its two weeks latter, just called now and asked to be transferred to a team leader but the line went off. the issue between the store and their supplier should not affect me. i need my refund asap.
