Makro an absolute failure

Very frustrating!! I just tried purchasing on the app, I used payflex as a payment method, all went thru, money taken out of my account, and then the makro app says payment unsuccessful??? My money is hone so how can the payment be unsuccessful??? I tried to purchase something small again to see if it is makro that is faulty and guess what?? It did the same thing!!! Makro this is not the first time, no wonder you guys have such a pathetic score on here, for a large business you guys should consider yourself a massive failure!! You are unable to keep up with the times, I want money back, I do not want to wait up to 14 days, I bought the stiff because i need it now,
