This company is so unprofessional if I would recommended to never purchase online from this storied you will be wasting your money and time.

I literally don’t understand how you guys work! Your consultant from Amazimtoti branch gave me an incorrect way bill when I opted to call the couriers myself to track my order because I have been calling Makro customer care almost every morning to find out about my order and I was told it’s dispatched numerous times since last week.
I wanted to get refunded also! Your consultants say I have to wait for 7 days before the refund can be done. How is that fair to a person who has been waiting for so much time for their order which the business said it will get delivered in 2-5 working days upon my successful payment.
