Makro Amanzimtoti in KwaZulu Natal is great! I purchased a Defy Dryer at Makro up in Gauteng before I moved down to KZN but upon installation it turned out to be faulty. I went to Makro Amanzimtoti, and the friendly staff immediately assisted me in contacting the local Defy agent which replaced the unit without any fuss.
