Makro Amanzimtoti is the Worst.

I have never seen so much incompetence and rudeness from Makro Amnzimtoti. They are a bunch of idiots. I will never again purchase anything from Makro ever again. I tried speaking to their manager but no he is not "available" probably because some black woman wants to complain.

Makro always promises best service but no they are the worst. I made a purchase in November till today am trying to get it delivered. Zama from deliveries **** and said the parcel is with Time Freight but when I contacted them they said there is nothing like that.

I finally got to a so called manager Lucy and she said she will phone back but never did.

I advise that you stay away from Makro Amanzimtoti because they are not who they say they are. they have damaged Makros reputation. They lie with no conscious. Maybe they have other priorities than low paying customers like me.

I am disappointed.
