Makro Amanzimtoti Excellent service
Sincere thanks to Jean-Marc, and his staff Kalvin & Alex (washing machines dept), for listening to my request and for going the extra mile to ensure that I purchased a Bosch washing m/c from this store. This is one of many times when I have received excellent assistance & advice from the staff of the store. Jean-Marc is obviously an excellent manager by achieving that his staff are well motivated in the interest of clients.
