Makro Amanzimtoti

Bought a washer dryer combo from makro Amanzimtoti yesterday 25 march 16:08 was recomended by a lg ambassador after washing clothes and putting it on drying cycle which took 3 hours only for drying the clothes was still wet and so hot you cant touch it even tho booklet advice you to immediately remove clothing once finished now i wanted to exhange i was blankly refused by Pam the manager as they now have to send out a technician so they have a return and refunds policy but no not for this apparently after 10 k for a machine i eill never support Makro again
