MAKRO Amanzimtoti Deliver the first time you order is great! BUT the after-sales service is absolutely *******! I have had to phone 4 times for the item to be collected and replaced! And STILL, they have not come - one month later!!!! Shocking!!! In future, I will use Take-a-Lot or Game! Every time I phone MAKRO they ASSURE me the item will be collected and replaced - the last time I phoned they said: Well you are still within the return time frame!!! What a cheek - after I have been phoning 4 times!!!
