I reported them last week in respect of numerous repairs of the same fault on the unit. Reference numbers: ***; ***; ***; ***; this has all been going on since last year July. The warranty was up in October 2019 - however they have never fixed the initial fault since July. I then get told to come collect on Saturday - which I did but the unit was not there. I called in on Wednesday 11-03-2020 and it is still not there even though I was told to collect last week Saturday. I have a whole lot of frustration of back and forth to Makro since last year July for the same unit with the same fault! They won't replace my unit because the 3rd repair FOR THE SAME FAULT fell just out of the warranty date.
