Makro Says that when you order online from them and it's a third party order you will never get your refund when ypu return the product they supp**** incorrectly to you. This confirmed by some call centre Agents who admitted to the orders being a ****.

11 Feb 2025, 10:16Add onto my previous message. I have been advised the Third Party Company Makro is working with on this **** is Sun Horizon. Its now 3 weeks and I am still waiting for my refund and Makro do not have an answer for me.
