Makro Albeton bad service ever?

Found the worst service... went to the shop looking for a washing machine. While still deciding the assistant rushed us to make a decision then 10min later when we decide the assistant said we are late, he asked us long time ago now the shop is closed and the forklift driver has already gone for us to take the machine... Requesting on a Manager by the name of Dion he told the customer care lady to tell us to come back the next day at 9am
