Makro Alberton - tribalism and poor work ethics

Good day, I hereby lay a complaint to the Alberton store supervisor and cashier(nalsommeta).

On Sunday 25 July 2021 I was overcharged by the cashier, it was identified by the security and upon contacting the cashier she insisted that I should speak a language I do not know(isizulu). I asked her to call the supervisor and upon arrival the supervisor indicated that there is nothing she can do and I must double check all items with the security and come back for my change. Both supervisor and cashier were rude and indicated actions of tribalism, they do not value customers at all and do not listen to reason. Attached is the cashiers pictures in blue. Cashier 46

I have sent an email to *** with the exact same issue, we can not tolerate tribalism and poor work ethics at this time.
