Makro Alberton shocking
I’ve now come to a point where I need to ask, how is it possible that Makro Alberton is still in business.
They have the absolute management operations that I’ve ever seen for such a large organisation.
I’ve just left the store once again to be frustrated shopping at this branch.
This is not the first time and I’m sure if not rectified, the last.
• Trolleys in terrible condition, need to pull them instead of push due to the wheels not working. • No packers at the tills. Each teller must pack bags. This creates backlog at the tills. Surely this can be addressed to enhance the shopping experience at the store. • Conveyer belt not working. This is just bad maintenance. • Staff are obviously not motivated or enjoy working there. They are unfriendly and miserable. I truly feel that Massmart can step in and get this resolved.
When you go shopping, you have the option to choose where and who. Why must a great store like Makro suffer because of the Alberton store.
If not, will I do my shopping somewhere else.
I spent between R10-15K per month with Makro and I can not stand for bad service anymore.
