Makro Alberton service is beyond disgusting
Makro Alberton is pathetic, I bough a washing (cash for that matter) and they promised me a delivery within 5 days. Today marks the 3rd week and I keep getting excuses. Lindi and Kgaugelo keep on making excuses to defer my follow-up. I'm really not pleased with the experience I have received, If they can't fulfil the order can they just refund me my R11k

21 Aug 2024, 11:33Can I please get a delivery, if you can't assist maybe give me a waybill number and I'll follow-up with logistics company and leave you alone. This is really unfair business practice, I did not buy a washing machine for decoration, I need to use it.
