Makro Alberton extremely disappointing

I took my parents to Makro Alberton on Saturday to buy a LG neo chef 42 microwave that had been sent to me in their specials on Friday. When we arrived we could not find one so I asked for assistance. The staff were extremely unhelpful saying there was no stock and there wasn't going to be any stock so we couldn't get the microwave. Instead of trying to find one at another store or trying to help in any way.. definitely was not a #win for them .
