MAKRO ALBERTON COLLECTION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!

Today, I have placed an order online, expecting I could collect it the same day as there was no indication of delay, only after payment was made the indication was shown 2-5 days and that is usually how long it takes for a delivery. I am literally around the corner of Makro Alberton and it was just more convenient to pay online to collect it later. But no assistants was shown, especially when I went there to ask what is the real reason for that and nobody can give me a valid answer and it is really unprofessional that neither collection or Makro customer service knows the real reason. It makes Makro look ***********. I dont have time to go in store, so know I had to take time off from work to sort this out and nobody is willing to help me as I really require my online purchase for the weekend.
