I bought a Candy machine in August, in November it stopped working and I went to Makro to report it and they said they’ll send a technician to come and check it only after then they’ll decide whether to fix it or replace it. It’s been 5 weeks and I haven’t gotten a call from anyone cause a technician is supposed to call me and inform me when will they come.

It's me again! The technicians came to fix the washing machine around February and it was working again. But today it stopped working, I really think there's something wrong with this washing machine brand. I would like to get a different brand of washing machine because I can't keep on having faults with a new washing machine, it's less than a year but this is the second time it gets broken. Or I would like to get a refund if it can't be replaced with a new different brand.
