Makro - Alberton!!!

Over the past 2 weeks I have dealt with 3 branches of Makro, both Woodmead and Crown Mines were a great help and assisted me with the items I needed quickly. I requested the same items from Alberton, it too more than a week just for someone to look at my request and 2 days for them to get back to me. I asked for a quote in the morning and only got it later yesterday afternoon. I had by this time already paid what I thought to be the figure to be correct as I had no paperwork. I checked everything and sent my driver this morning early to collect the kitchen items, he stood there for more than 3 hours!!! Ridiculous! He has jobs to get to, and no one seems to now what or who does what at that branch!
