Makro After-Sales Service Non-Existant
I bought a fridge from Makro Centurion and after the ice machine broke have been trying to get Makro to help me with the warranty for repair. They are very friendly and eager to help you when they want to make a sale but after-sale service is non-existant! It's been weeks of non-stop calling and emailing to no avail. I will not buy any appliances from Makro ever again.
