MAKRO After sales are useless

I will come straight to the point. After phoning and no answer I went to your store in Germiston where my daughter bought her fridge freezer combination. From the start the freezer was working but the fridge not. The lady that helped us was very helpful and took all the necessary documentation and went to look for a certain Gail De Beer witch she could not find, we were promised that she will hand it to her and seeing that it is festive season we will probably only hear from then in Jan 2019 witch was fine . After three calls to referent people at your call center giving me a Rev number we still waiting for a call from someone, I find this very disturbing and irritating and never expected this from an provider of your status. After this email we had to call the call centre again, and again we got a promise of a return call, it is almost February and still nothing from MAKRO
