Makro affiliation to Servi Sure is Bad business.

We recent purchase a grundig oven and hob and had servi sure install. The oven did not work and the hob overheated. We called Defy the dealer for grundig SA they sent out their technical team. They identified the installer had ****aged the oven and hob. Servi sure then came out three times to try cover their poor installation and prevent being held liable. Makro Centurion Hennie kindly offered to replace the items and reinstall. Whom i have a lot of respect for, resolving it as best he could. Today Servi sure Pat came with his supposed expert team to personally handle this two months later by the by. They then called me to advise they are finished. The jokers used a glue gun to attach the hob , and even sealed the hob on the front very sloppy with a glue gun. Glue gun hot hob Melting really. Clowns. I put forward that this was unacceptable and they needed to fix it. They then persisted to continue and switched on the power tripping my power leaving me without power for 4 hours whilst they had to fetch a electrician to resolve their bad connections. Needless to say the new hob they brought was clearly damaged by the bend in its casing. It gets better. They attached the oven off centre and now my brand new kitchen doors cannot open. The oven door is off centre and they have used prestick to mount the original hob to quartz countertops which was faulty. Never in my life have i seen such poor workmanship and the fact that makro affiliates themselves with *********** installers makes me wonder if Makro is all that. Prehaps Carte Blanche should check their butchery too. Old saying birds of a feather flock together. Prehaps legal representation is now in order. I have a new kitchen with holes in now and no oven or hob.
