I have order deep fryer from Makro the price was R1780.00 on the tracking status it shows packed the I received a email that it will be delivered in the next 3 to 5 days. Then I received an email that the order was canceled due to delivery problems. But the real problem was the price that is now suddenly R3200.00 so they have only make the story up regards of the delivery. On the website it still shows available but for a more expensive price. Now I have to wait 10 working days for my refund. The order was placed on the 29 August 2023. I have also ask them if I can arrange my own courier. Bad bad service and unprofessional.
