Place order 11 May 2024. Ordeted 4 items online. Received one wrong item. Ordered gas braai but receive gas heater. Send it back. Still waiting for my refund! Get no abswer from these people. Only they are working on it. Can somebody at Makro help.

07 Jun 2024, 10:28Yesterday a lady from Makro phoned me. Promise to let me know if they can deliver the gas braai I ordered or refund me. I am still waiting for a response from Makro. Waiting more than a month now for this to be solved. Really pathetic from Makro. Accepting money but dont deliver!!
