Makro - A **** / Pathetic Customer Service from Makro.

Makro is a ****, paid and ordered an item a month ago, customer service has provided no communication on when the item will be delivered and now I am having a run around with my refund, the relevant department are not coming back to me on email, No manager has reached out to me wrt my grievance , no one cares at Makro, I just need to have my money back in order order to purchase item from their opposition!! I want my money BACK and an APOLOGY its been over a WHOLE MONTH!!! of Makro giving me the RUNAROUND!!!!
