Makro, a NO NO!

When ordering online, a 7 to 10 day delivery time is promised. I have been phoning daily to find out where my order is. A promise that it will be delivered within 2 working days is then given,however a week passed with no update on their website. Another promise that is given is I will phone you back”, also never happens. This is the last time I will order anything from them.
