Makro - a joke

Biggest JOKE. I recently made a purchase online and did not receive it. Makro called to apologise and said that I will be refunded.

BUT THEY EMAILED SAYING THEY WILL REFUND R250 WHEN I PAID R300 INCLUDING DELIVERY!!!! Where is the refund of my delivery fee?

MAKRO YOU ARE THE BIGGEST F*ING JOKE.

PLEASE URGENTLY RESOLVE. I will never be purchasing from makro online.
