Makro: A ces****l of inefficiency

I recently made an online purchase through Makro, I didn’t receive confirmation of my purchase, when I finally called them after 4 days they informed me that the product was no longer in stock. The lady I spoke to must be a former home affairs employee because she had the attitude to match. It took Makro an additional 3 days to email me regarding my refund and since then I still haven’t heard back. Cuss words cannot embody your incompetency or the fact that you have ****** my money. To anyone wanting to use Makros online service: don’t.
