I am current busy with LEHLOHONOLO MOJELA on the telephone with this query . According to her the package left the supplier on the 13/01/2019, and I need to wait for them to contact me.

NOW understand me nicely this is a pathetic service and support you are delivering to your customers and total unacceptable. Why must I wait for a third party to contact me if I purchased the item from you! When the package was ordered AND PAID FOR on the 08/01/2019 delivery date was 2-5 working days today is the 8th day and does not seem as anyone knows where it is - again pathetic is this a legitimate company or are you guys ******** please sort out my query today
