I have never dealt with such an *********** company like Makro.There staff have not clue as to what Customer Service is about. I have spoken to the Call Centre 2 times and numerous times to Makro Head Office ***. The staff that answer the telephone either don't care or are just interested in listening to what the clients complaint is. This is BAD,BAD,BAD,BAD SERVICE. I notice the other reviews are also 1 star so either the Makro don't care about the negative ratings or they just don't read them or the staff that is supposed to react to these reviews also don't give a hoot.If I could rate Makro minus 10 stars I would have gladly done that.

18 Nov 2024, 11:58I was not referring to the standard accessories that come with the item in question. My query was if Makro or the importers of this item would be able to supply additional specific spares for this item in question. You say in your response I must phone your Call Centre which I did and got no answers to my query so I don't know what it help by phoning the Call Centre
