I bought a 20ltr paint on the 21st of April and they said they were going to deliver on the 4th of May, it’s been 3 weeks already and no one knows what’s going on I spoke to more than 3 consultants regarding this issue and I haven’t received even one email to say that my issue has been escalated or not. None of their consultants wants to assist when it comes to canceling the order or getting a refund. I’ve logged for a cancellation I haven’t received any feedback from them Regarding that

19 May 2026, 11:02I understand the fact that you team is busy with it but I want to know is how long is s it going to take for the cancellation to be made and please kindly note that I haven’t received any feedback or reference regarding my cancellation I only received the ne email yesterday from when I tried reaching out to helo peter and from there i haven’t received any reference or proof that it has been escalated. The only form of communication is you guys answering from this platform
