I'm so disappointed and frustrated by the service I received at Makro Wonderboom. I bought a Russell Hobbs breakfast combo, the toaster never worked not even once unfortunately I realised after the return policy had lapsed coz I had traveled, fast forward they took the toaster in for repairs, it came back after a month I collected the toaster last week Friday, I get home guess what toaster is still not working after repairs. I called the store to report the issue I'm told to bring back the toaster again they will take it back for repairs again I will only be given new toaster if the manufacturer confirms that it cannot be fixed, hello the reason I bought the toaster is because I need it I don't care about the manufacturer I bought the toaster from you. This is so frustrating honestly, the least they could do is exchange the stupid combo. Now I'm sitting with a new toaster that has never and doesn't work I'm sent from pillar to post this is not on. I'm never buying any appliances from Russell Hobbs period.
