Good Morning

I refer to my online order that I have placed on the 29 March 2025. When this order was placed the expected delivery date was the 04 April 2025.

When this was not received I started making enquiries and received no feedback but hence was made empty promises day after day by various call centre agents.

With much frustration I called the Makro store in Pietermaritzburg on the 8 April 2025. I have spoken to Evashen and requested that this be cancelled and a credit be passed. Empty promises again and much frustration.

To date this has not been done and I have received no credit.
