MAKRO

Very disappointed with the poor service of Makro. We live in Potchefstroom and bought a Hisense 514l side by side fridge R13 999. Waited days for delivery, they never gave us an update regarding delivery. Eventually upon delivery we noticed that the door of the fridge doesn't seal and will cause problems in the future. Tried to log the fridge to be returned without any success for days. Calls getting dropped and emails not rep****. Eventually got it logged and yet again a week later... NOTHING! If I call the calls get dropped. I'm furious... weeks without a fridge and we have a small child who suffers under these circumstances. Does anyone know of an good ombudsman?
