Placed an order for a few ordinary household items, non very spectacular. However some were on sale with a bulk purchase, so I placed my order. The delivery date came and went, I call their support and they promise it will be delivered the very next day. Happened twice now with promises and no fulfillment of my order. I will no longer support Makro, its just not worth the time and effort fighting.

04 Nov 2023, 09:49So I came to Makro Silver lakes to collect my order in person. I encountered helpful staff and although I had to wait a bit, I was assisted and was able to collect my items. Thank you. In store service was excellent.
