MAKRO - 6 MONTHS WARRANTY HOAX

I bought a Samsung washing machine.. its within 5 months and I keep getting messed around. It arrived with a bump and a slice which has turned out to cause a leak. I am being told this is for my expenses for overloading... a single person living alone in 4 months.
