Bad service and complete indifference. I ordered and bought a steam mop online ( in stock ) on the 7 th of October with a delivery date of 13 October. Payment done on the 7 Oct. By 16 Oct. Nothing delivered. I started phoning customer care number ( problematic) eventually got connected and was told that they had no stock and that I should receive a refund, when I enquired as to when ? I was told to wait 14 days for the refund. We as customers have to pay upfront for goods which Makro claims to have in stock according to their website but they expect us to wait for 14 days to receive our money back. ? It leaves a bitter taste.
