Makro & 3rd Party Vendor, Lani Enterprises Continue to ****

Updated Review: No Progress - Avoid Makro and 3rd Party Vendor, Lani Enterprises.

I have only received a generic private response from Makro regarding the original review I gave. I am unsure as to how they would have escalated the matter to the relevant department without asking for a case / reference number.

I received another email from Makro a few days after I posted the review. The response was the same: they won’t refund me or do anything about the fact that their approved third party vendor, Lani Enterprises, misled consumers. So no, Makro did not escalate the issue to the relevant department nor have taken any steps to resolve the matter of their vendors having misleading adverts.

Makro gets to keep the commission and Lani Enterprises pockets the money under the guise of selling Microsoft 365 product keys when they are actually selling their own account details for you to use in order to access Microsoft 365. Essentially, a money making scheme which they can use to their advantage since software is non-refundable.

I DID NOT PAY FOR MICROSOFT 365 TO ONLY BE GIVEN SOMEONE ELSE’S ACCOUNT LOGIN. Which was not stated in the advert.

I have screenshots of the advert and it is exactly like all other adverts for Microsoft 365’s product keys. I want a product key to input into my OWN account.

A HelloPeter review and 3 rounds of back and forths with Makro and yet nothing has been done.
