I bought a Lenovo i7 laptop which was on promotion for a price of R 12999 part of the promotion was a proline celeron laptop.
as per promotion wording "Buy a Lenovo i7 and get a free proline celeron worth R 3999" I became more interested on the deal on the basis of that promotion or statement. after making a purchase Makro delivered a single laptop instead of two.
I immediately sent a mail upon receiving the package( 01/11/22) to customer complains to inquire the reason of the single laptop instead of two as per promotion. Makro came back on the (05/11/22) with a reply claiming that R 12999 was for an I7 laptop only and if I was interested on both laptops I should've added the deal during the ordering process and the price was going to be R 15999 for both.
I rep**** by sending them the screen grab of the said deal showing the details of the deal. They then made a follow up call on the (11/11/22) with a different reason claiming that I didn't add both deals on the my cart, which I disputed and explained that the deal was included as the main interest was because of the second laptop and besides that it wasn't the first time making a transaction of such promotions. its been 21 days of back and forth with any assistance.
Its been 21 one days going back and forth with your team please resolve this or refund me and IL go somewhere to look for the item. I cant start with my work due to this as the pc is still sealed waiting for my Makro to come take it as I see there's no honesty and the goalposts are being shifted .
