I bought a fridge last week Saturday online. It's Friday now and my fridge is still not delivered. Everyday since Tuesday I have been calling Makro and everyday I am told that my fridge will be delivered the next day and the next day I wait for a call and no one calls me. This afternoon I was told that the fridge is packaged and instore. I Requested that the store manager call me to re-assure me that delivery will be done on Saturday and I guess the manager also doesn't care cause I never received a call. Buying on Makro online was the biggest mistake and now they don't want to refund me and they don't want to deliver.
