Bought a brand new GENTECH HYBRID inverter 6 January,took it back 18 February After many visits to their shop and follow ups,I received a call on the 5 April to collect the inverter from their store in Makro Germiston. I got home took it out of the box and packaging and put it on charge as it need to charge 48 hours.Only to realize that it is not even my inverter that i bought,the inverter that i receive from them is beat up full of scratches and the inverter self has a huge dent in it,you cant even attached the wheels on the trolley,there is a sticker on which states it is the property of MIDAS I have told them from the beginning i want my money back but they point blank refuse as it is not company protocol.
