I placed an order on the 10th September part order was delivered ..the other order got cancelled on the 30th due to supplier as stated in their email in the same email on the 30 September i was advised that I would receive my refund in 3/5 working days .. its now the 22nd October still nothing from them… I have called numerous of times and told that it will be escalated to online department but up until today l haven't received my refund, I have paid payflex the full amount I am not owing them anything today I received communication from them saying they will return the funds back to payflex I am asking them to pay the money to me not to payflex because I'm not owing them anything...
