*********** Makro!!

This is the second complaint about the same issue, Makro have stopped responding to my first compalont, it has now been 1 month and I still have not received my R9000 refund from an order MAKRO cancelled, after my first Hellopeter complaint I was contacted and promised to get feedback within a few hours, it has now been days without any feedback and without any refund, I just called the call center again and requested to speak a manager, after a long wait someone picked up the phone and disconnected it immediately, this is by far the worst and most dishonest company I have ever dealt with, I want to matter sorted ASAP!!!!!
