Makro: 3 items, 3 weeks, 3 deliveries: *******ion

Order 3 items (water, packet of dried fruit and a tub of jelly sweets). Water arrive week 1. Sweets arrive week 2. No prior notice of split order. The dried fruit is now in week 3. I got told to read their SLA. Then told they checked with driver and he collected from the supplier but they can’t tell when delivery will take place. Besides my anger and frustration, Makro should investigate why they need 3 couriers for 3 items. After they have paid 3 couriers my small order will never make you any profit. Someone is profiting from the couriers and your service level will never reach 60/60. Still awaiting my 3rd item, undelivered.
