Makro

Good day. I purchased an ASUS laptop that was on special from Makro Strubens valley. I had it for about almost 2 months and then started experiencing faulty problems with the laptop. They sent it in just to be told that they can't fix it so I can either get a refund on a makro gift card as they cant refund my money in cash or they could give me exactly the same laptop.And this was after a waiting period of about a week and a half that I had to go all the way back to Makro and follow up with them because I was told that they would reach put to me but they didn't do their job ! And I said I'd prefer the laptop as I wont get a laptop with those specs for that price anytime soon. Weeks and weeks went by and I had to go back follow up with them as they ONCE AGAIN didn't follow up with me as they said they would and then they only told me that the laptop is discontinued and I need to accept the display laptop. And now the laptop charger doesn't work and apparently makro cant do anything for me as the laptop is under warranty but the charger is not . Then why sell them together and not separately?! I am irate as I paid for a full and working product but only recieved half a product. What is the use that I have a working laptop without a working charger ?!! I believe it is makro's fualt as they had used the laptop and charger before me as it was on display. Its absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!! They will not be hearing from me OR ANYBODY I TELL ANOUT THIS EVER AGAIN !!!!
